I'm writing a paper for a feminist studies class (and am a young mom myself), my assignment is to choose an organization/group within a social change movement (i.e. reproductive rights) and write about how that group's rhetoric in slogans, publications, etc was/is possibly influenced by feminist theorists that I've studied over the quarter. I'm really hoping to be able to write about an organization that is oriented around young/teenage motherhood and sexuality, in a positive and non-paternalistic way...but all I've been able to find are groups that give resources to teen moms but either with the message of "prevent teen pregnancy" or "don't have an abortion."
Can anyone help me out with this? The organization/group doesn't have to currently be active.
