Baby namesWe've already chosen a baby name, but this is so much fun I thought what the heck. I still need to choose a middle name as well, so. Vote away! And make your own list, or post your own favourite names also!

Re: Baby names
Do you have ideas for a middle name? What's the first name? Our baby is going to be Indigo Nya if it's a girl, or Indigo Zolani if it's a boy. Nya and Zolani are both African names. Nya means purpose and is the second principal of kwanzaa. Zolani means peace.
Re: Baby names
WTF, I forgot to link my list! LOL! You can vote on which names you like and which you dislike.

We have our first name but I'm not sure if I want to post it.
I really like those names, they have a nice sound and meaning, and Indie would make a cool nickname too.
Re: Baby names
For a girl I like Willemina (Mina for short) and Gwendolyn. For a boy I like Nikolai (Niko for short). Not that I'm planning on having any more kids for a while! Off your list I like Lilith and Sage.
Re: Baby names
I liked Sage and Keelie. But it's really hard to pick a middle name without knowing the first name, because I like to match them.
Re: Baby names
Sage is a middle name we've seriously considered.
Re: Baby names
I love Sage as a middle name! I like Lilith depending on the first name. I also like Alethea and Keeley, or possibly (?) Ember, but only if it really fit well with the rest of the name. Also, if you like the sound of Ember, the name Amber is quite nice.
I definitely vote against Aggie! Around here it's a slang word for being mad or annoyed (as in, short for aggravated). It was also used when I lived in Texas to describe students at Texas A&M University.
Re: Baby names
Oh wow thanks for letting me know about Aggie! I'd never heard that. It's a family name, so I was thinking of it for a middle name.
Re: Baby names
Oh no! I didn't mean to speak badly of a family name! It probably doesn't matter for you anyway since slang varies so much from region to region, but *I* would use Aggie as a name because I associate it with the local slang meanings.
Re: Baby names
Oh no, it's cool, I don't love it either. LOL! I like where it came from though. That's why I was only considering it for a middle name. It's good to know what connotations names might have, I would hate to name a baby something and then find out about something like that too late.
OK, might as well tell yas... The name we chose was Lilith!
And we've chosen 2 family names for middle names. So yay! I just love that name.
Re: Baby names
Sage is DD middle name is Sage.. I also like Eber.
My next girl will be Savali Meadow.
Re: Baby names
oh and for a boy it would be either Evekai Oak or Evekai Birch.
Re: Baby names
I like Lillith a lot. Also Sage.
If we have another boy, his name will be Iomhar (pronounced EYE-vor). A girl would probably be Fionbharr (FIN-ver) or Eilen (ELL-en).
