Depression Era Cooking - I love this woman!I love this woman! She's 93 and she's got a bunch of videos on YouTube of her making things her family ate during the Depression. Some of the stuff looks pretty easy and healthy (though she does use lots more salt than I could handle LOL). If I remember, I'm going to try to post what I thought of the recipes (how easy, tasty, picky-eater-able sort of thing) as I try them, maybe if anyone else wants to try them out and post some reviews that would be cool too!
