So bd failed his drug test for Methamphetamines!!!!!!!!!!!!!

which means that I will never let him come close to MY kids again.

For those of you who are not very familiar with my story- this is HUGE news. I have been trying to prove to the courts that he is a horrible person for the past 5 years!!!

He will probably end up in jail where he belongs... which kind of sucks because I just started getting child support for the first time every... oh well.. you give some to get some.

Wow that sounds like big news! But UGH to the no child support!!! Sounds like its for the best though and since you havent had the support, I guess it wont be hard to go back, though not fair or fun.

It definitely sounds like its for the better! And since you are used to no child support it wont be an adjustment, or at least not a big one. I'm happy for you mama. You don't want someone likethat around your kiddos. Its better to have them safe and him not around, then money and an unsafe situation kwim?

Thanks guys. We are all thinking on the same page. He pays me a really small amount anyways that doesn't even come close to his monthly requirement. I have never depended on him for anything before- especially financially- so I really don't give a shit about the pathetic 50% of his pathetic paycheck. For the record- Its great to "keep him away from the kids" but in reality, he has only seen them a total of 4 hours in the past 3 years... so that wont be a big adjustment either. It just makes it a lot easier to avoid the visitation subject in court. He always asks to start, but never goes...
