Valentine's Day

Whatcha doing to celebrate?

we don't really celebrate

we don't really celebrate holidays like this, short of saying 'happy valentines' and watching the valentine episode of Teen Girl Squad on homestarrunner.com lol

I dont know if we are going

I dont know if we are going to be doing anything. I bought my husband and Ipod Nano (a pink one, go figure), as his old one died. But I am not expecting anything in return, or any big plans. We usually dont really oberve this holiday..

I'm exploiting one of the

I'm exploiting one of the most exploited hallmark holidays. I picked up an extra shift and intend to make a killing in tips that night.

I'm gonna go see the vagina

I'm gonna go see the vagina monologues!

that sounds so awesome!

that sounds so awesome!

I'm just cooking dinner with

I'm just cooking dinner with my boyfriend and probably drinking. we don't really care that much about vday. I might make him a card or something. Eric is having a party at his daycare, and I found some really cheap valentines at target, a box of 32 for only 99 cents!

I wish I could go to the

I wish I could go to the Vagina Monologues. I have a friend who's in one this year. Unfortunately, it's not something T can attend, thereby making it something I can't attend. Anyway, I've been trying to force myself to work on nurturing my relationship with my partner more in the form of monthly date nights. Might as well do it on Valentine's Day.

OOo i booked a tattoo

OOo i booked a tattoo sitting on valentines day....I am very very excited about it, too!

I'll be working like always.

I'll be working like always. I work at a movie theater too so I already know it's going to be busy. BD and I are going out to dinner on the 13th and that will be all for the celebrating really. I'm also going to be 38 weeks on v-day so I really wouldn't want to be in a crowded restaurant and take the chance of my water breaking or something =]

I think Finn and I will make

I think Finn and I will make valentines to bring to his preschool teachers. I'm looking forward to it!

me and my husband dont

me and my husband dont really do anything for valentine's day except maybe rent a movie to watch and have someone keep C for us that night but other than that we really dont do anything at all lol... i think i might get some valentine's cards for C to give to family but she's only 20months, that way she can learn the concept of the holiday early?... do yall think that would be a good idea? We didn't do anything last year with her cause she was only about 8months old then, but i think she's at the age now where she can somewhat understand what's going on with it... i was thinking that we could do the cards for family like her cousins, grandparents, aunts and uncles and one for her daddy, i think he would really like that... C is my first and only child right now so i'm still trying to learn the hang of things, if yall could give me your opinion on it i would be really appreciative lol proud mama as of june 2nd 2007

T's almost two and I'm not

T's almost two and I'm not doing anything with her around the holiday. At T's stage of development, I think it would basically be me making the Valentines. I don't think T would really care. It just doesn't seem like the work is worth it. Your kid might be different though.
