Is GM slow for you?

So I've heard a couple of comments that GM is too slow to load. It doesn't load slowly for me so I'm having a hard time explaining the slowness to the techmama.

I have no problems when I click on recent posts, but when I click talk and try to look at all the posts it takes a really long time to load.

I only ever look at "recent

I only ever look at "recent posts" these days because the forums are slow enough that I'm not sure they actually ever will load.

YES. the site is slow to

YES. the site is slow to come up. it takes a really long time to log in, and switching between pages is hit-or-miss. plus, it still says i have a private message, but there's nothing in the inbox.

Its still really slow for

Its still really slow for me. I can almost never get into the talk section, only recent replies, which is frusterating for me because EVERYTHING is recent for me since I haven't been on in awhile.

that and i've noticed when

that and i've noticed when im on the actual boards, not recent posts, it doens't always show when there are new posts. I was trying to get used to the boards, but there weren't new posts for awhile, i clicked on recent posts and there was like 5 new ones that wasn't on the board part.
