I saw this in an Lj community and it's a good thing I did, because apparently 6 of the trains/accessries that my kids have been playing with for 6 months to 2 years contain lead.

thanks thats good info
omg thats sick my kid has almost all of these trains and im njot sure what year they were purchased in....i would hate to throw away 30 trains any ideas anyone?
send them back and get new ones
how does this stuff keep going on ..
this lead in paint bad for people was found out HOW LONG AGO
and you still get all the toys and "accidents" happen
why would companies even risk them...
Yea, there's an address on the site I linked to for you to send the trains in and they'll compensate you..either with replacements or gift certificates or a cheque. It sucks that it takes 6-8 weeks, and your kid is out being able to play with their toys for that long, though.
